Trường mầm non Bình Minh - Đông Hương được thành lập năm 2017, là trường mầm non chất lượng cao tại Khu Đô thị mới Bắc, Đông Hương, Thành phố Thanh Hóa. Trường nhận trẻ từ 12 tháng đến 72 tháng tuổi, áp dụng phương pháp giáo dục “Lấy trẻ làm trung tâm” và đã đạt chuẩn quốc gia mức độ 2 vào năm học 2018-2019.
